Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia
Flat rate $10.95 Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day. No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times
Metro: 2 to 4 business days. Regional and WA/NT/TAS: 4 to 8 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We ship from Brisbane with Australia Post.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

International
Australia only for now. NZ and beyond are on the list.

Wrong address or missed delivery
Double check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or it wasn’t collected, we’ll resend it but you’ll need to cover the second postage.

Damaged or missing
If your tub arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email support@bullrushenergy.com with your order number and we’ll sort it.
