At BullRush Energy (operated by Verifried Pty Ltd, ABN 74695098018), we want you to feel confident chasing your goals with us.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Unopened tubs are eligible for a full refund. Opened tubs are eligible as long as no more than 3 serves have been used (1 serve = 3 scoops, 12.6g). To start a return, email us at support@bullrushenergy.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
